weekends other games - aug 30/31

Post by clockender1 »

actually some interesting games this weekend for us in the VT race- toffees vs the chavs, and vermin filth v liverpool.

i'm hoping for wins for both mersey teams - which will even things up a bit behind city, if we win.

we should be 3rd behind swansea and city i reckon, as swansea should beat west brom. swansea have the chavs up next week.

in the championship sheff wed vs forest should be a good game, and fulham with no points in four have cardiff at home. another toughie.

the mighty Brentford must must win away at Rotherham if they're going to have a chance of staying up.

Is it bad that I'd prefer Spurs to beat Liverpool?

Fancy Burnley to get at least a point against this maimed United side; Everton did Chelsea over last year and I'm hoping they can repeat the feat this time around - although if they could hold them to a draw that'd be nice too.

Man City will continue their perfect start me thinks.

its not bad, but if they win, they have sunderland up next and we have city :?

i don't really want to be 5points behind them going into our run of them, chavs and united (who you just know will turn it round by then...)

i've got a really nasty feeling about the vermin this year - expectations are low and i don't want them going on a run and getting their confidence up. They've won all four games so far quite handily too. fuckers :banghead:

It is. One has to hope for the standard 0-0, two sent off, two carried off.

Soton, QPR, Newcastle and Burnley all to win.

Got a good amount on that at 62/1.

nice one Burnley.

and united feel they should have had a penalty too lol - but they shouldn't - it hit his gut first THEN his arm. in previous years they would have been given that and won the game.

lovely job

There will be no-one left for sale by the time le cock gets his head in the game

On a serious level, it is pointless le cock stating that there is no-one out there better than what we have, when he sits on his arse doing fcuk all as the better players are being snapped up by others
