Got tickets for Essex T20 in July with mates, if it's nice weather it's a great piss up evening out

It is at most grounds mate. Went to a Friday night T20 at Glamorgan last year, weather was ok. Barely anybody there and Atmosphere was dreadful.

By contrast I've also been to a Friday game at Trent Bridge and it was packed and absolutely bouncing.

Jimmy Anderson finally works out Headingly to record figures of 10-45. Astonishing stuff.

As well as England bowled, Sri Lanka's young side understandably looked completely out of their comfort zone. I love watching us roll the Aussies or the South Africans like that, but I felt uncomfortable watching that today. Test cricket needs to be competitive to survive. Got tickets for Saturday at Lord's in June, just hope the sun is shining, the pitch is decent (but not a road) and the Sri Lankans make it comptitive

Can't take anything away from the quality of bowling on show but not a lot of point playing home series against the likes of Sri Lanka with a side like that. Truly dreadful.

Great chase from England to steal a tie from where they were. Typically great knock from Buttler and great stones from Plunkett to tie with a six off the last ball!

If ever there was a reason to keep international football going, cricket is it - ssn are giving so much attention to the euro's that we are being saved an endless barrage of reporters telling us that somebody is bowling well in front of 10 men and a dog

ex-England player Graeme Swann said that he didn't get on well with Salman Butt of Pakistan because he found him too arrogant. This is a little like bears complaining about someone shitting in the woods.

The oh so predictable England batting collapse kicks in 36-2.

Fucking awful batting. Root hasn't been up to his usual standards for a while now. With Ballance and Vince in now you could say Pakistan are already into the tail
