Now if they can get Wenger as well we would all be happy.

Payet isn't coming.

Even if he was though is that what we need? Another fair weather wanker who'll be great when we're putting 4 past Hull, but hiding like a little coward when we got to Stamford Bridge, OT, Goodison, St Mary's or the Britannia. No thanks

He gets 3 away at Basle gets a couple of minutes away at Everton when losing and Elneny comes on instead of Perez when losing at City, don't know about anyone else but talk about shattering any confidence he may have?

Welbeck coming back so will be even further down the pecking order.....another head scratching decision and signing from Wenger.

It was another pathetic panic singing which only happened after he fucked up yet another summer transfer window. How many of these players have we had to endure over the years and how on fucking earth is the stupid *word censored* still allowed to get away with it?

Most other manager's would play a striker who has just scored 3 and full of confidence In the next game - to show that performance and reward are linked on merit, but after 30 years Wenker knows different.

Who else is there ?, :rubchin:

Can only think Wenger never signed him, and does not want him. He has a brace and a hatrick if he don't play him sell him in January and buy someone he wants to play

It's not the not playing Perez that is the issue, it was signing him in the first place. An absolute journeyman whose CV wouldn't look out of place signing for a Championship club.

Agreed, the games in which he has featured he's looked well average. No pace, poor link up play. Looked to be playing at the right standard at Forest in the carling cup

True... we have not bought a first choice striker (30 goal a season player) for a long time, we bought RvP as a prospect with a dodgy attitude, but he became a first choice quality striker, I cant think of a time we went to a decent size team and bought thier main striker.
Wenger has never done it has he?

He just always gambled and got lucky a couple times, our main striker leaves and we take a gamble or buy somebody clearly never good enough to be our main striker, like Giroud he was 12million i think? and he is worth 12m, but that is the price you pay for a backup/midtable striker and that is what he is. gredddy same bracket, poldi same, welbeck same... backup striker at a bad ManU team.

sanogo?bedntner? i dont know why they were bought, campbell was a prospect converted to a winger then ignored, he has never paid enough respect to the central striker role.

I feel sorry for Perez. By all reports he was going to Everton, until Mr. 30 years couldn't find anyone else, so went for a desperation signing. When it doesn't work out, the AKB'S will blame everyone but Wenger. I would love to see a figure of the amount of players whose careers have been ruined by Wenger's laziness/incompetence.
