Have to say the next couple of games are crucial, we do seem to be getting a small amount of resilience lately coming back from going a goal down in a couple of games and winning, something in years gone by we didn't do often enough.
Our defence is improving although it is not in leaps and bounds it is definitely in increments and the errors could be eradicated with some decent coaching and a change in the zonal defending every match ethos.
We also seem to be scoring well this season, or at least better than previous seasons and the advantage we have this season is we are not reliant on just one or two players, Sanchez obviously but also Walcott and Ozil are chipping in with others getting on the score sheet too, i'm not convinced Alexis will ever be a 25 a year striker but it doesn't matter as much if other players are capable of getting into double figures on top of what he scores and as i say if others are chipping in regularly it makes a big difference, although according to OGL goal difference doesn't matter
Cech still worries me in all honesty he struggles to get down to low shots towards his posts and as said above he can't save penalties which is a liability when we're giving them away as much as we are currently.
All in all we're coasting along fairly smoothly at the moment although we do have a habit of making things tougher than they have to be but as i said the next two games are crucial and we all know that at AW's Arsenal they have an ability to find a way to fcuk things up

Adam should be banned for that filth.A11M11 wrote: Not surprisingly no mention of Adam stamping on Alexis whilst Iwobi was scoring.
He purposely stamped on the leg of a player who was on the ground. He is a disgusting piece of shit.

Yes, he's past his prime now - sadly - we should go for either Hart or Lloris. But of course Clueless will have none of it.GoonerMuzz wrote:Have to say the next couple of games are crucial, we do seem to be getting a small amount of resilience lately coming back from going a goal down in a couple of games and winning, something in years gone by we didn't do often enough.

I have yet to see Lee Mason have a good game - - You can always tell when a ref has had a good game because they are invisible...too many now seem to be on the fame game...but he is just NOT a good ref...gets too many decisions wrong..Redarmy wrote:A good win yesterday always good to beat that lot, a couple of things still niggle though....
How can a club like Stoke have fans that still sing about a player who had his leg broken by one of their players....utter disgrace
Can no one at the club stand up and say this is wrong?
Also how bad was that referee yesterday.....not talking about the penalty...just everything else....cannot remember a worse refereeing performance
Still too early to talk about a Title challenge lets see what happens in the next 2 games
Their fans are low life morons - I know we call them Inbred Orcs, but for good reason singing about Ramsey is just So Wrong - That *word censored* hughes claimed he hadn't heard it - He's a lyingCUNT.

The way he tried to do Bale's achilles in a pre-season friendly was one of the most cowardly things I've seen on a football pitch.olgitgooner wrote:Adam should be banned for that filth.A11M11 wrote: Not surprisingly no mention of Adam stamping on Alexis whilst Iwobi was scoring.

Shame to lose Mustafi for the xmas period. Those *unts always seem to injur one of our players everytime we play them.

Decent win without really taxing ourselves. No outstanding performances but a couple of decent balls from the Ox and a great header from Ozil. Worryingly Sanchez looked a yard shy. That usually doesn't hit him until late Feb/early March....
The ref was shocking. Fat slow stupid cúnt. Their penno was a foul anywhere else on the pitch so fair enough it's a penno. But the "elbow" was accidental, with Allen's momentum carrying him into Xhaka's arm.
Charlie Adam is a dirty cowardly cúnt. He should be given a 3 match retroactive ban for his coward's stamp on Sanchez.

Feo managed to see out a full game without being subbed. Does that mean he had a decent game ?. Maybe it says more about the quality of our subs !!. Perez must feel like crap having to play second fiddle to this little man. Maybe his chance will come against Everton. The longer he is left on the bench while Feo & the Ox start the more he will lose confidence. Even he will believe they are both better players than him. Why spend good money on another bench player ?.

Blatant and deliberate stamp by that thug Adam. As BradyWK says - if ever there was an example of someone suited to their club and it's manager, this is it.
No way the ref or linesman could have seen it but if that isn't looked at and punished by the FA then what credibility can they claim to have left?

Saw a video clip on twitter yesterday, where Hughes was asked about the vile chants coming from the stoke fans about Ramsey, said he didn't hear them and he then walked out off the Press conference.

Charlie Adam is the ultimate chip on the shoulder footballer.
After being Billy Big Bollocks at Blackpool he thought he was gonna be the next Gerard at Liverpool, but was hopelessly exposed as a bog average player and only lasted ONE season at a club that kept Jordan fucking Henderson... Oh, the fucking humanity...
Also, he is a dirty cúnt.
