It's back, other games this weekend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It is obvious after last night that PSG will be looking for a new manager this Summer...Any ideas who they should go for? Maybe a French manager would be their best option..

 :barscarf:

It would be fucking great wouldn't it. But I reckon PSG are too clever to bring in the dinosaur Tyrannosaurus Wengerex (commonly named "Wengersaurus"). My money is on him taking the French national team job when he finally fucks off in #may2025. Long after The Arsenal are dead as a club. :|

It's good that they might just be that stupid.
If the option of going to PSG was in the equation it just might tempt him to leave rather than nobody wanting him if he left.

Everton too have been mentioned as suitors.

I don't care where he goes as long as it's away from Arsenal.

One of the (many many many) reasons I want Wenger to go is to see how he gets on elsewhere ... and too see who is willing to take him.

We all know his claims of ''turning down the world'' are from well over a decade ago so there is no way he will get one of the big jobs.

And I think people in the game pretend to hold him in high esteem out of some misguided belief that they need to publicly respect him. Most of those people wouldnt back up what they say by actually wanting Wenger themselves.

I would love to see the face of the boy wonder Walcott if Wenger was appointed his manager less than 6 months after he escaped from him :D

PSG are ahead of the game, they already declared they are not interested in Wenger.
