Just read that the England lezzers - oops sorry women's "football" team - will get paid £24k each for the group stage and over £200k each if they win it.

Even just forgetting the thought of that kind of money being given to players at a boys under 14 standard, here's the even more ludicrous part of it.... because of this switch from paying the FA and letting them distribute the money to the players, the FA will actually lose money on this women's world cup.

Now, I wonder where all that money that is being spent on this non event came from? You guessed it, the men's game.

Parity with the men’s game is all well and good.

Some players earn a few hundred pounds a week in the lower divisions, what they want is to be paid the same as the top 5% of footballers who are worth, as we have seen up to £100m pounds to purchase.

Sorry I should have emphasised that more clearly. As mental as it sounds the likes of the Arsenal women's team for example want to be paid the same as the men's team and the womens international teams want to be paid the same as the equivalent men's teams - even though the women's teams bring in zero income and are subsidised by the men's teams.

The crazy Americans actually introduced equal pay for their women's team (mostly to fucking shut up Megan fucking Rapinoe ) even though they play at a level equivalent with 15 year old boys.

If they want to earn High Wages for being feckin' useless... Let's just ship the whole lot of them to Saudi... They can then protest about Women's Rights (Worldwide) while they're sunning themselves and raking in the dosh and being treated as Equals....

thankfully this womens world cup nonsense is being held in Australia so will get ignored with the matches taking place early morning.

What we need is both Oireland's and Ingerland's bints to get knocked out ASAP and that should turn the shite faucets down a few notches on SlySports and BBC etc.
