Actually it wouldn't be that difficult as the subs are pre planned, along with a fixed time, irrespective of what's happening on the pitch.
ESR definitely knows his role....get kitted out, sit on the bench, run up and down the touchline every 20 minutes, BUT you are not to enter the field of play until we are 3 goals down and in the final 90 seconds of added time.
