I'm a big martinelli fan, and even though I thought that he was poor today, he did fizz in a couple of great crosses in the second half where you striker has to be tapping them in, but as per usual ours was nowhere to be found - I'm sick of seeing him 10-15 yards outside his own area receiving passes from raya, but yet not in the box where strikers earn their coin

Rice was excellent today, but so too was big Willy at the back - he is immense for us and gives us that solid base to build on

Our two full backs are not good enough - white switched off and gross should have scored when it was 1-0 to us, but that sums him up to me

Don’t listen to the boo boys Nut Flush. I’ve been a Kai fan boy since day one and never wavered to get involved in the pile on when his form was so poor at the start of the season.

I'm a big martinelli fan and criticised him earlier, but dont let a goal at the end fool you into thinking that the german dud played well cos he didnt - he was damn lucky that their right full didnt two better with two late headers one of which he never even challenged him for

I’ll often criticise Martinelli for overdoing it with the ball and not looking up to pick out a cross - to be fair though his corners today were on point and caused lots of trouble.

Saka gets hit early 2/3 times and it takes its toll on him, thought he should have come off earlier as he wasn’t providing much cover for White towards the end.

I’m still not struck with Havertz, seems to be in the way of our own players a lot of the time, and always appears half hearted / not confident.

3 points, clean sheet - Smith Rowe back and unlucky not to score

BTW RIce was ill yesterday and didn’t stop over at the team hotel, for him to put in that performance was amazing
