Maybe Bordeaux wanted to keep hold of him until end of season cos they are still in Champs League? |

True, my mistake sorry. Misread the post. Kinda was just frustrated with Wenger for not buying a striker this month or at least getting one on loan! |

If I had to predict one transfer this summer, Chamakh to Arsenal is the one I would bet on. Let's face it, he has said he wants to come, Wenger has said he wants him, he's free, blimey you can't get much more obvious......until Man City or Chelsea offer him £150k a week that is! _________________ Arsene Wenger - Runs Arsenal like he has to pay for everything himself |

Of course we will have him in the summer.
He costs nothing then!
Rumour has it our other big signing will be Andy Linighan to replace the departed Sol Campbell.

His goalscoring record isnt great something like 50 goals in 240 games or so in a weak French league If he signs lets hope he is better than that record _________________ Bup the Bunners

He's not a great goalscorer but he's a fighter, he likes the physical challenges and he's very very good in the air. He's good technically aswell, he was definately the best Bordeaux player with Gourcuff last season (they were french champions). I'm not a big fan of him, but he's a player who is made for the Premier League.

Now all we need is an Egyptian Denilson and a Outer Mongolia Almunia.
