I can see your point but that is no reason to vote Brexit, because Brexit is just going to make those people EVEN POORER!
If people are struggling to pay for food today then good luck next year as prices rise due to the pound now being so much weaker.

In the short term there will be price rises, however as things stabilise and when we finally leave and lose the 8% ( I think ) surcharge on goods from outside the E.U perhaps things will improve. The current problem seems to be that despite the fact that little has changed the financial markets are reacting as if the sky has fallen on their heads. We are still paying our dues to the E.U. and as such are burning at both ends of the candle.

I was at a leaving do last night for someone who has just accepted a job in Singapore due to his job uncertainty.
Not only was he concerned about losing his job he also wanted to be able to afford to travel which he likes doing. He thought that due to the falling pound this would make this far more expensive in the future.
so here we have two FACTS
1. Job uncertainty
2. Falling pound
two facts which are already happening. further FACTS will of course come to light should Brexit actually happen.

in 6 or 7 years time when the pound still hasnt risen to pre June 23rd levels will you be prepared to call it a fact then?
I am sure a Brexiteer will also be along shortly saying how wonderful it is about the new Nissan deal.
the thing is how much have the governmnent had to pay them to make sure this happened? If Brexit had not happened they would still have invested without this extra payment...
