Wenger Out protest thread
Re: Wenger Out protest, Tuesday 7th March.
Yeah, I'm sure it will be really hard to find a manager who would make sure we don't get battered 10-2 in the Champions League.

Good idea for a chant ( if you don't think it would get support was back due to its significance with the Maureen ref )
" specialist in failure ur having a laugh" or something ?

Dig at Wenger as well as self-deprecating.

Sounds good to me, mate. I'll be theremzk90 wrote:Marble Halls from 4pm, leave 4:30, same route but over 1st bridge, down to bit oppo director's entrance, banners all up, songs in full force for 30-45 minutes.
Let's say we all need to agree by 8:30pm tonight to then get the message out?
Great video with Robbie as well
Just make this a banner or print it out:Bob Bayliss wrote:I agree that the (in)famous Gazidis hostage to fortune from 2011 is a killer soundbite, though for banner purposes we need to condense it. If anyone wants to have a go, I would suggest (quote marks included):

What about throwing on bogrolls? If it worked for Bayern, it can work for usJumpers For Goalposts wrote:Cheers Nick !!
What about if we bring loads of beach balls and start bashing them about at Ten to Five??
Will get huge media attention and symbolise how our players treat some matches like a kick about on a beach.
Got to be creative
Battle lines are drawn. Protest at every fucking game! Hound the old cúnt out! Getting that into a song would be fantastic, but it seems tough to scanPete on the beach wrote:Good idea for a chant ( if you don't think it would get support was back due to its significance with the Maureen ref )

Good but same with mine it's likely to chide waverers cos we're mocking the club with a noticeable ref to a hated rival , and they would turn it on us after tog88ner wrote:"We know what we are, we know what we are, Specialists in failure, we know what we are!"Pete on the beach wrote:Good idea for a chant ( if you don't think it would get support was back due to its significance with the Maureen ref )

Plus it would give Maureen a not so smart pleasure and I wouldn't wanna do that for anything, regardless of how much I want wenger to go

Just stick to the best and most simple chants from last night -
WE WANT WENGER OUT SAY WE WANT WENGER OUT
WE WANT YOU TO GO ARSENE WENGER WE WANT YOU TO GO
WENGER OUT SACK THE BOARD
ITS NEVER YOUR FAULT ARSENE WENGER ITS NEVER YOUR FAULT

Was thinking about banners with more direct impact and it's a shame you couldn't get one with the quote about leaving Highbury to compete with Europe elite and then a list of our last 7 CL exits and the aggregate scores but it would have to be huge to handle those crickets scores
As for Ornstein's statement that really just shows how much the board at this club have as much contempt for the fans as the manager

Anyway Mark I'm down for whatever you decide. If we have to climb over the turnstiles to make our voices heard then so be it. Let's not overthink and just get on with it. Let us know here or on Twitter.

Jumpers...good to.catch up with you yesterday...can i suggest that the pace of the march is managed from the front to keep the pace slow from the start to the finish and keep it tight...it paced out pretty far and fast at the front last night...and left straglers at the end..Jumpers For Goalposts wrote:And we could do beach balls again inside the ground at Ten to Six!
They would make a fantastic spectacle on TV and if there are enough the cameras will have to show it. Wenger would be squirming
Also OB are always looking for a point of contact / organiser...to control the group..its better like yesterday to keep the line that we are a group gathering without a single point of contact..that way they cannot try and dictate and will keep a distant stance unless it kicks off...
