No I think you fit the bill ie jean perfectly !Retro Gunner wrote:OneBardGooner wrote:Retro Gunner wrote:Theoperator wrote: However TBF wasnt he pretty good for Wales last Summer I know he is well out of favour on here, but perhaps as with a number of our players there is a nugget of a great player there, just a load of poor backroom staff
I honestly truly wouldnt put it past the club to sell Sanchez to The Chavs- if the moneys right (For "us" )he will go, and probably leave TY to pick up the dog shit
I refer the Honourable Gentleman to my previous answer......NEVER EVER big up Ramsey. There is no excuse for doing so, whether in reference to an unprecedented and never repeated 3 months (it was NOT a full season), or some flick-fest free role for Wales.
He is useless, end of.
Anyone who disagrees with this is either a woman, gay, or mental.
There, that should do it.
Would a Mental Woman who is Gay qualify then?
Of course OBG.....please step forward.

No-one (of value) is coming
We'll make a few Moneyball signings, as we always do, but for our glorious Europa campaign next season. Rinse, repeat... etc...

Re: Summer Transfer Thread
We'll ship out some of the dross bit not all of it just to keep the wage bill down because the lack of income from the Chumps league will be the biggest concern. We'll sign some completely average nobodies that no other club wanted and perhaps one decent biggish name who is at the end of his career or so fucking injured that nobody else wanted them.
If the old *word censored* couldn't get his act together to sign anyone decent over the last few years, there's no fucking way anyone decent will come in with us out of the be all and end all and with that *word censored* still in charge.

The Telegraph say #Arsenal have made a move for van Dijk even though there is an acknowledgement that Chelsea remain favourites to sign him.

It doesn't matter if or who we sign as long as Wenger is in charge because we'll never challenge for anything while he's there.

Re: Summer Transfer Thread
For years the answer to the question "if somebody gave you a million pounds what you would you do?" was "give it back".
Which actually on reflection is probably a better use of it then "spend it on Mustafi, Xhaka, Perez and some Japanese kid who will never see the light of day, and have a pocket full of shrapnel left".
Can't wait who we are going to "spend big on". Maybe another class player like a Higuain or a Lloris will fall into our lap and we will tell them to fuck off elsewhere because he wants to protect an absolute legend like Giroud or Szczesny.

Oh god not another 3 months of nothing....
Re: Summer Transfer Thread
The OId Fraud let slip that he's planning his Moneyball transfers for this summer, even though his contract expires at the end of this month
So more bang average shite to join the club, either playing out of position, never played at all, or with no work permit

I can't recall the exact amounts spent on each player but wasn't it something like £85m spunked on Xhaka, Mustafi and Perez?Sean wrote:The OId Fraud let slip that he's planning his Moneyball transfers for this summer, even though his contract expires at the end of this month

Chuck in Chambers and Cech from the previous year and lets call it £110m
Imagine how much shit we could really buy with £150m-£200m - it'll be like that board game Go For Broke where the winner is the one who spunks all their money away first
