West Brom Away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

West Brom Away

Post by clockender1 »

time to give Giroud a rest. though we have got five days...

anything less than a win is unacceptable. Brom have not had a great start (or finish last season)

1-0 to Arsenal. Per.

If we play like we did tonight, it'll be 4-0 us!

united and city got two days rest less than us, and the chavs one. we HAVE to win as we know we will get strings of tougher games coming up.

we also have to restrict united, city , scouse and chavs to draws against us so they can't catch us.

Won't be a cake walk. I watched West Brom at OT on Saturday and they were outstanding in the second half and should have won by more. Resting Giroud not an option for me, nobody to replace him really.

This as we all know is the main concern. Having no one to replace Giroud will eventually bite us in the ass.

Eh? you'd choose WBA away to rest Giroud? :? - I know Wenger gets stick, but I'd be livid it he rested Giroud for this match.

Yep, no rest for Giroud. Needs to play every game till January.

If anyones driving there get to the ground early, almost 2 mile queue to get off the M5 last week in the carling cup.

I rate Clarke as a manager they wont make it easy thats for sure, what sort of reception is Anelka going to get from us if he plays  ?

I said possibly...we should have enough to win this one without him - rosicky, Ramsey and ozil should do it with gnabry or even god forbid bendy up front.

Trust me, in November you'll thank me.

United are/ were dire. Am not convinced by WBA .

When's pod due back ? ???

He was in an argentinian steak restaurant the other night. I know that doesn't really help but at least he's showing hunger  (and desire, men....)
