Hull City AFC away

Post by Chips and Chocolate »

Is it just me or the box office are being overly optimistic with ticket sales for this game?
Starting at 35+... With the Fa Cup semi and all I'd have thought it would have been a piss easy to get a ticket with my 18 away points.

Las time round (Bendtner injury time winner) it went to silver members IIRC and we were still in the title race... ish

I thought this. I think they want to try and sell them this week as optimism will be high after beating Spurs and its before we play Chelsea, so it creates the illusion that we are in the title race. I'm sure people will see the 35+ and assume that these tickets will be in high demand as well.

If they haven't sold out before Chelsea and we lose then I expect it to be a slow sale

you think we have it bad.
assuming Hull City reach the Cup final then the last train home for them is 8pm which will give their supporters less than an hour to get from Wembley to Kings Cross. I guess they will be hoping for no extra time :rubchin:

I know we haven't been to Hull for a few seasons, but I expected this to go down to red members due to the distance and kick off time. It seems very strange they are starting at 35+ credits when they have been given 2,500 tickets.

Don't understand what's going on... Spurs was 25+ and sold out in just over the hour. Great for me, but so unfair on those with 40+ who ended up not getting one. Then Chelsea was also 25+...

Wembley - should have been split into 4 or 5 booking periods, so as to give those ST holders with high level of credits first dibs at the tickets...and also avoid server meltdown!

And now Hull...not even last away game of the season...starting at 35+! Still, I'd prefer to see that than when they start it too low, like the above.

You have to wait until 2017 for the train back to witness the culture, but in the meantime theres William Wilberforces statue and a casino to while away the hours

This match could be moved to Sunday the 20th due to Chelski progressing to the semifinals and thus having to play on either Tuesday the 22nd or 29th (they currently have PL matches on the 20th and 27th).

Might be being an idiot here but what have Chelsea got to do with a game between Arsenal and Hull?

Surely they can just move Chelsea's game against Sunderland to the Saturday? Why would they then move ours to the Sunday? Chelsea play home, we play away so no problems from that angle surely...
