Commentary describes the images as too graphic to show. The look on Cesc's face when he first saw it was enough to tell me that.
Eduardo was stretchered off with an oxygen mask, blanket etc.
My guess would be his ankle/leg is broken so badly its pierced flesh and sent the poor guy into shock. He's certainly in good hands though so lets just hope he's alright.
It'll be a long rehabilitation though, I'd imagine months.

From the Guardian text updates:
21 min: Apologies for not watching the football for a couple of minutes - it's basically a training session anyway - but I've just seen a picture of Taylor's challenge, and it is completely and utterly disgraceful. Flying through the air studs up, he lunges in halfway up the shin of Eduardo's standing leg. The striker's leg clean snaps at a right angle; no wonder Fabregas was holding his head in his hands the minute he saw it. It's going to be an ethical dilemma for sports editors across the country, this picture.
Fuck it man. I don't know what to say...

I don't mind a bit of fighting spirit, but this pathetic c**t should be fucking jailed. What he's just done verges on GBH. Twat.
