Arsenal defender Amanda Ilestedt to leave the club

Arsenal centre-back Amanda Ilestedt will depart the club at the end of the season.

Ilestedt's contract expires this summer, having signed from PSG in 2023 on a two-year deal.

The Sweden defender made 23 appearances for the Gunners, scoring three goals.

Ilestedt returned from maternity leave in January following the birth of her first child.

Arsenal stated: "Everyone at Arsenal Football Club would like to thank Amanda for her contribution to the club and we wish her and her family all the best for the future."
