Gabriel on Arsenal radar
Arsenal have stepped up their chase to sign Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes, according to reports in France.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has been a target for Manchester United, Everton and Napoli, but France Bleu Nord claims the Gunners are now leading negotiations to sign the Brazilian.

Napoli looked close to signing Gabriel in a £27 million deal but have now cooled their interest, allowing Mikel Arteta's side back into the race.

Willian offered deal

Chelsea's Willian has been offered a three-year deal by Arsenal ahead of a free transfer to the Emirates, claim Sky Sports News.

Although the club's offer is less lucrative than those from Inter Milan and Barcelona, the Brazilian is keen to link up with Arteta and technical director Edu.

The Gunners are believed to be close to signing the 31-year-old, with some reports claiming a move could be completed in the coming days.

Gunners closing on Coutinho

Reports in Spain claim Arsenal are closing in on the signing of Barcelona's Philippe Coutinho, with 'decisive negotiations' set to take place in the coming days.

AS Sport claim the Gunners are in 'love' with the Brazilian attacker and have made signing him one of their top priorities this summer.

Barca are believed to be open to both a loan and permanent exit for the Brazilian.

Emery eyes Guendouzi

Matteo Guendouzi could be offered a way out of Arsenal by former manager Unai Emery, with the new Villarreal boss keen on signing the midfielder according to reports in France.

The 21-year-old has been frozen out at the Emirates, alerting Emery who is keen to bring him to Spain according to Foot Mercato.

Emery was Arsenal boss when the youngster was signed from French Ligue 2 side Lorient in 2018, becoming a regular over the next 18 months.
