England are Euro 2025 finalists again after coming from a goal down to beat Italy 2-1 in a remarkable semi-final, with Arsenal's Michelle Agyemang and Chloe Kelly scoring the crucial goals.
Agyemang was England's hero again having rescuing the Lionesses against Sweden in the quarter-final, before scoring in the sixth minute of stoppage time in Geneva to break Italian hearts.
Arsenal's Beth Mead was brought down in the box with three minutes of extra time remaining, and Kelly's penalty was saved before the forward was alive to turn in the rebound.
Barbara Bonansea put Italy in front after 33 minutes and England were second best for most of the encounter in Geneva, before the introduction of the likes of Kelly and Agyemang from the bench late in the second half.
The Lionesses will face either Spain or Germany in Sunday's final.
Michelle Agyemang:- 1 goal for Arsenal (on her debut as a 16 y/o)- 1 goal against Arsenal (in the FA Cup the following year for loan side Watford)- 3 goals for Brighton on loan in 2024/25- Goal on her England debut- 2 goals at Euro 2025, both to rescue the Lionesses!
