Arsenal end the season at Crystal Palace on May 24 after visiting West Ham on May 9, with the final home game of the campaign against Burnley on May 17.

Over Christmas, Arsenal host Brighton on December 27 and Aston Villa are the visitors to the Emirates on December 30. Liverpool are the visitors to north London on January 7, while the trip to Man City is on April 18.

The first north London derby is on November 22, with Thomas Frank's Tottenham visiting the Emirates. The return fixture with Spurs is on February 21.

No games scheduled for Boxing Day but the Premier League has clarified that the matches listed for Saturday December 27 are available to switch to Boxing Day for live broadcast.

Not long now to go until the release of the Premier League fixtures at 9am this morning...

The exact date and time at which individual matches are played during each weekend will be determined at regular intervals throughout the season, based on TV selections made by broadcasters. In total, the campaign will consist of 33 weekends and five midweek rounds of fixtures. The final round is on Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Did you know that the Premier League fixtures apparently take six months to put together? The process is managed by multinational IT company Atos, which has a Paris HQ. A raft of information about the football calendar - international dates, European matchweeks, and the scheduling of the lower leagues - is inputted into the system so it can generate a list which functions. Further information such as policing capacity and geographical proximity are also taken into account.

How are we feeling about Arsenal's chances of finally lifting the Premier League title next season? Slightly frustrating that we haven't brought anyone in yet compared to some of our rivals...

Anyway, we've been enjoying the break and are feeling refreshed - so who do you fancy on the first day of the new Premier League season?
