Some fantastic saves in the first half which seemed to improve her confidence. The supporters really got behind her today. Unfortunate to concede 3, but two of them were given away cheaply by McCabe.

Linked up well with Chloe Kelly on the right, a strong looking partnership. Continued being the reliable player she has been all season. 

Leah Williamson 6.5/10

When you don’t notice a centre-back too much, it means they’ve done their job quietly and had a solid performance, which is true of Williamson today. 

Steph Catley 5.5/10

Her error left Toone in space, leading to Arsenal conceding. Not at her usual level of quality, which has been true of the last few games. 

Mariona Caldentey 7/10

Her deeper position really worked against this opponent, as she was able to get on the ball and make some excellent passes forward. Another great penalty scored. 

Kim Little 7.5/10

Brilliant in the middle, getting the ball out of high-pressure situations, incredible strike in the second half, her first WSL goal of the season! 

Katie McCabe 5/10

Her ball through to Maanum was very well placed and timed and set up the third goal. Good fight and work-rate. A sloppy pass from the back led to Terland’s goal, unfortunate for McCabe. She later gave away a penalty as well. 

Frida Maanum 7/10

Good intensity today, made some good runs forward and had a few chances, one of which she scored with a great strike in the second half. Replaced in the second half. 

Chloe Kelly 8/10

Excellent pace and intensity, chasing every ball, which led to her getting the first goal, as well as some great tackles. Some strong crosses as well. Replaced in the second half. 

Caitlin Foord 7/10

Once again, very good on the left, held the ball up well around the box. Solid end to a solid season for Foord. 

Alessia Russo 6.5/10

Her physicality was useful today against a high intensity Manchester United side, unable to find the back of the next against her former team, but integral off the ball.
