The highly-rated winger has been impressing at Shakhtar Donetsk, landing two titles and a domestic cup during his time in Ukraine.
The 21-year-old grabbed headlines when he notched the only goal of the match when Israel beat Scotland 1-0 last month.
Manchester City have previously been linked with the wideman, while Donetsk have already turned down an offer of 20m Euros from Champions League side Atalanta.
