Bernd Leno (GK) - 7/10 - Not called into action much. Bar the 7,000 Dons fans singing unkind ditties to him about new Arsenal No1 Aaron Ramsdale. Perhaps if he'd have been the keeper we all wanted him to be he wouldn't be in this situation. Hard work and improvement required. He'll certainly get more of the same against Leeds in the next round

Cedric Soares (RB) - 7/10 - A competant performance. Which is more than we have been able to say this season. Even set up a goal. Let's hope he continues in the same vein

Rob Holding (CB) - 7/10 - A quiet game, due more to the opposition failling to make an impact. It was his birthday the other day. He could have blown the candles out on his cake in the middle of the pitch against the toothless Dons and still been able to make a wish.

Pablo Mari (CB) - 7/10 - Not tested much. Needs to work on distribution and concentration.

Nuno Tavares (LB) - 7.5/10 - Hit the post in the second half. A talented player whose arrival has boosted the quality of Mikel Arteta's squad

Ainsley Maitland-Niles (CM) - 7/10 - Solid in the heart of battle

Thomas Partey (CM) - 7.5/10 - A class act, defensively and offensively. Needed minutes in his legs ahead of Sunday's north London derby and the gamble paid off

Albert Sambi-Lokonga (CM) - 7/10 - A busy, bustling  performance full of endeavour

Eddie Nketiah (RW) - 7.5/10 - An outrageous bakheel finish that will live long in the memory. Positively Henry-esq. Good to see Eddie do well as he is vey much a form and confidence player. More of the same will see his future settled one way or another

Alexandre Lacazette (ST) - 8/10 - Scored the early penalty to settle any nerves from the team as the Gunners made it three on the bounce as the North London derby looms. A team player

Gabriel Martinelli (LW) - 7.5/10 - Lively and never let the Dons backline settle for a moment

Substitutes

Emile Smith Rowe - 7.5/10 - Scored after coming on. Saka and Emile Smith Rowe: What more do you need to sing?

Bukayo Saka:  7.5/10 - Wonderful to have a world class one of our own. With a brilliant new chant to boot
