78' Stina Blackstenius becomes the second player to score for Arsenal Women in a European final, joining Alex Scott. 1-0
74' Pandemonium here as Arsenal take the lead! What an impact from Blackstenius who coolly receives Mead’s ball and slots it past Cata Coll as the substitutes combine! Incredible scenes. 1-0

74' 38,356 in attendance. 0-0
72' Blackstenius latches onto the ball in behind and gets a shot away which Cata Coll saves with her feet! A real chance for the Gunners! 0-0

46' The second half is underway. 0-0
Barcelona are unchanged, as are Arsenal, for the second half.
Arsenal are back out first for the second half.
Barcelona have plenty more to offer, though; more gears to go to. Although I said that about Lyon in the semi-finals, and they proceeded to get worse!
Good chances for both sides with Arsenal coming closest through a disallowed Irene Paredes own goal, and the Gunners have defended superbly in this first half. All to play for!
Half time: Arsenal 0-0 Barcelona.
45+1' One added minute. 0-0
45' Mariona and Russo exchange passes on the edge of the box before Foord's cross is left alone by the Barca defence and she throws her hands up in frustration. 0-0
41' More good defending by Fox as Pajor is played through by Putellas. Arsenal have been so strong in and around their own box. 0-0
37' Graham Hansen drives across almost the whole width of the box to no avail as Arsenal stand their ground. Putellas' cross smacks McCabe and Barca win a corner- that'll hurt. 0-0

35' Mapi Leon drags down Maanum and kicks the ball away. No booking. 0-0

25' Now Fox is in at the back post and can't quite control to get a shot away! 0-0
23' Arsenal have a goal disallowed! Fox got in behind and crossed for Maanum, with Paredes turning the ball into her own net trying to clear. Fox was offside in the buildup though, with VAR overturning the referee's decision to let it stand. 0-0
20' All Barca at the moment but not quite working out for them in the final third, with Arsenal really struggling to progress up the pitch. 0-0
16' Barcelona have their first corner, and it was missed by van Domselaar who came out to claim but there was Russo to head away. 0-0
14' Now Foord turns provider as she looks for Kelly at the back post, and her volley is miscued over the bar. A couple of decent opportunities for Arsenal's wide players. 0-0
13' Here come Barca again! Bonmati cuts inside and her shot takes one or two deflections before van Domselaar gathers. Tricky feet there from the Ballon d'Or winner. 0-0

3' Mapi Leon looks to play Pajor in behind and Williamson clears. 0-0
2' No UWCL final suit for Renee Slegers, who opts for shorts and a t-shirt. It is 28 degrees celsius, after all. 0-0
1' Pajor gets us underway in Lisbon! 0-0
We are all set for the 2025 Women's Champions League final!
Carla Couto and Eder, scorer of Portgual's goal to win the Euros in 2016, bring out the trophy.
Very nicely done in the end as Arsenal fans hold red and white cards high in their section of the ground. Here come the teams.
Now it's time for everyone's highlight, the opening ceremony. Big pointy triangle flags and lots of children, to summarise.
Arsenal are the first ever team to play 14 games and reach the Champions League final, having come all the way from the qualifying round one mini-tournament back in September.

So then, European glory is within Arsenal's sights, but standing in their way is no doubt the best side in world football, Barcelona. Can Renée Slegers replicate Vic Akers' Class of 2007, less than six months into her permanent tenure as Gunners head coach? What a journey it has been.
We've had North London Forever, and now Barcelona's club anthem (I'm guessing), which is belted out by their fans who wave flags and scarves above their head. They are making a LOT of noise.

No criticism of Arsenal's travelling support of course, but the volume of Barcelona supporters and the amount of noise they're making is giving this final the feeling of an away game for the Gunners.
Huge cheers from the Barcelona fans as Mariona Caldentey's name is announced by the tannoy.
There are certainly more Barcelona fans here by a distance, and one can only imagine travel was a whole lot easier and cheaper. Most of them apparently booked their tickets for the final when they first went on sale- confidence: justified!
Over 5,000 fans will cheer on Arsenal Women here in the Champions League final, with another 5,000 attending a sold-out screening at the Emirates. AWFC’s highest ever away following by a distance!
Rosa Kafaji and Katie Reid are the only players not included in the 23-player Arsenal squad, with Kafaji out with a foot injury. Amanda Ilestedt and Lina Hurtig will play their final game for the Gunners today if they are introduced.
And no surprises in the Barcelona line-up either. Pina is opted for on the left wing rather than Paralluelo.
Kim Little equals Emma Byrne's record for the highest amount of European appearances for Arsenal Women.
So Chloe Kelly is preferred to Beth Mead for Arsenal, with Daphne van Domselaar returning from injury in goal.
Subs: Brugts, Cano, Fernandez, Font, Lopez, Paralluelo, Pujols, Roebuck, Schertenleib, Serrajordi, Engen, Torrejon.
Barcelona: Coll; Rolfo, Leon, Paredes, Batlle; Putellas, Guijarro, Bonmati; Pina, Pajor, Graham Hansen.
Subs: Zinsberger, Williams, Wubben-Moy, Codina, Mead, Walti, Hurtig, Pelova, Nighswonger, Blackstenius, Ilestedt, Cooney-Cross.
Arsenal: van Domselaar; McCabe, Catley, Williamson, Fox; Mariona, Little; Foord, Maanum, Kelly; Russo.
Team news is in...
Good afternoon from a very warm and sunny Lisbon for our Gooner Fanzine coverage of the UEFA Women's Champions League final. I would never have thought I'd write that at the start of the season.
