Gooners sing to Big Ange: 'Are you Tottenham in disguise' after easing past Forest in Postecoglu's first game
Two goals from Arsenal summer signing Martin Zubimendi sealed a comfortable victory over an underwhelming Nottingham Forest side at the Emirates on Saturday lunchtime.
The former Real Socieded midfield schemer ruined Ange Postecoglu's return to the Premier League with Forest with a superbly struck first half volley, prior to a late header from substitute Leo Trossard's cross.
Sandwiched in between Zubimendi's two efforts, Arsenal's bustling striker Viktor Gyokeres bagged his third Gunners goal in four games shortly after the inteval, as gleeful Gooners sang to Postecoglu" You're getting sacked int he morning," in refence to the Australian being removed at Spurs at the end of last season.

Arsenal:
David Raya: 7/10 - A clean sheet in the north London sunshine and rain to mark his 100th Gunners appearance, and 42nd shutout
Jurrien Timber: 7/10 - An important muscular presence in defence and attack. Unlucky not to claim an assist when his intelligent low ball into the box was missed by Rice by inches
Mosquera: 7/10 - Started in place of the soon to be fit again William Saliba – the biggest praise you can pay the former Valencia defender is that the talented French centre-back was not missed
Gabriel: 7/10 - Solid and reliable. As ever. Adept at spraying long Crossfield balls to prompt attacks as much as keeping out the albeit uninspiring Forest front line
Riccardo Calafiori: 7.5/10 - Another excellent display from the Italian defender who offers a redoubtable presence along the backline as well as an attacking outlet further forward during his pulsating attacking forays. Deserved his ovation with the game won as MLS took his place
Martin Zubimendi: 9/10 - What an absolute screamer for his first Arsenal goal – superb vision, technique and execution from the former Real Sociedad creative talent. Never mind goal of the day Zubi’s sweetly struck long-range volley should be a very strong contender for Goal of the Season already. Showed his all round quality with an unexpected late header to clinch the match
Mikel Merino: 7/10 - Didn’t quite match his hattrick for Spain but was still influential in the middle
Martin Odegaard: N/A - Forced off with injury as early as the 17th minute to be replaced by Ethan Nwaneri
Noni Madueke: 8/10 - Looked lively once again after a good start to his Arsenal career as well as impressive performances for England
Viktor Gyokeres: 7.5/10 - Nearly scored at the near post moments before the interval after good work by Eze – but soon banished any outside noise about his goalscoring prowess to slot home from close range shortly after the interval for his third Gunners goal in four matches to double the home side’s lead. Another who deserved his hearty applause on being substituted
Eberechie Eze: 7.5/10 - Made his first Arsenal start and was another who looked a threat. Deserved his assist for Gyokeres goal just after the break

Myles Lewis Skelly: 7/10 - On for Calafiori on 65 minutes

Gabi Martinelli: 7/10 - On for the impressive Madueke
Leo Trossaard: 7.5/10 - Replaced Eze and immediately grabbed an assist for Zubimendi to net his second goal of a productive afternoon, this time an unexpectedly powerful header late on to seal the match
