Rice scored two outstanding free-kicks to help Arsenal beat Real Madrid 3-0

Declan Rice has been nominated for the Champions League Player of the Week award after his incredible performance against Real Madrid.

The Gunners No41 scored two magnificent free-kicks within 12 minutes to help beat the mighty Real Madrid 3-0 at the Emirates on Tuesday evening.

What made the feat even more impressive was the Rice's dead ball strikers were the first two free-kicks he’s scored in his career - stretching 388 games for West Ham, England and Arsenal.

Rice's brace means he has now scored four goals in Mikel Arteta's side's three home Champions League matches.

Popular Rice goes up against Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (PSG), Robert Lewandowski (Barcelona) and Alessandro Bastoni (Bayern Munich) for this award.
