Reminder to use your seat - Ticket Transfer and Exchange now available

The demand for tickets to watch Arsenal is currently greater than we have seen for many years and the games coming up against Fulham and Villa are fully sold out.Following years of campaigning by the AST to make sure that all seats are used at every game, Arsenal responded by:

Introducing home creditsIntroducing a use it or lose policy for the season ticket Improving Ticket transfer and Exchange (now open up to 3 hrs before the kick off)

Please do make sure your ticket is always used. Putting it into the Ticket Exchange at the moment guarantees a sale making you some money and enabling another fan to support the team.

Of course no ticketing system can be perfect, or satisfy everyone, when demand is really high. This scenario also encourages touting which is an issue we have long worked on.

In early September we have a meeting with Arsenal for an update on ticketing and we would welcome your comments and questions to inform us of members views ahead of that meeting.

Please note we may not be able to respond to each comment individually but we will provide a written update and also cover this topic in future AST meetings.
