Arsenal U18s discover FA Youth Cup opponents 

Adam Birchall's Arsenal U18s team find out who they will play in the third round of the FA Youth Cup 

Following Mansfield Town’s 1-0 win over Barnsley, the Young Guns will begin their 2025-26 FA Youth Cup adventure with a third-round tie at Mansfield Town.

Birchall's team will kick-off theri cup journey against the Stags, who beat also beat Kidderminster Harriers to reach this stage.

All 32 third-round ties are scheduled to take place by Saturday, December 13, with a confirmed date for the game against Mansfield to be announced in due course. 

Arsenal have lifted the famous competition eight times, most recently in 2008-09, appearing in the final twice more since then.

Last season saw us reach the quarter-final stage of the competition before we were knocked out by Manchester United 3-2 at Emirates Stadium, in a thriller which included 15-year-old Max Dowman. 

Extra time and penalties will be used to decide games which end in a draw after 90 minutes.
