Arsenal's under-21s side's Premier League Cup game against Burnley on that had been set to take place on Friday (December 9) has been rescheduled for next month.

The game against the Clarets has now been moved to Wednesday, January 18, 2023, and will still take place at Meadow Park with a 7pm kick-off.

In other news, Arsenal saw their 100% record in this season's Premier League International Cup come to an end as Tomas Schanelec’s strike handed Sparta Prague victory at a chilly Meadow Park at the end of November. 

Former Gunner Tomas Rosicky was also present at Borehamwood to observe proceedings and received a warm welcome from all present.

The Arsenal first team return to action in North London a week today, on Saturday (December 17), when Mikel Arteta's squad host Juventus in a friendly ahead of the recommencement of Premier League football on Boxing Day - when West Ham are the visitors to the Emirates with an 8pm kick-off.
