Date confirmed for Arsenal's Carabao Cup clash vs Brighton

The date for the Gunners Carabao Cup fourth round clash at the Emirates against Brighton & Hove Albion has been confirmed.

Mikel Arteta's eased through to the last 16 of the League Cup after dispatching Port Vale 2-0 in the third round last week, with goals from Eberechie Eze and Leo Trossard.

It has been confirmed that Arsenal we host the Seagulls on Wednesday, October 29, at 745pm.

The game will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports +.

Arsenal will be aiming to win the competition for only the third time in their history, with previous wins under George Graham back in 1987 and 1993.

Arsenal and Brighton last met in the League Cup back in the 2022-23 season when the side from the south coast knocked out the Gunners with a 3-1 win, while both Premier League clashes last term ended in 1-1 draws.
