Arsenal Women discover FA Cup fifth round opponents after Aston Villa win

Arsenal Women will host WSL2 side Bristol City in the Women’s FA Cup fifth round.

The game will be played on Sunday February 22 at Meadow Park, where record holders Arsenal will look to progress to the quarter-finals.

Bristol City beat second-tier rivals Southampton 2-1 on the road in the fourth round, after progressing past Portsmouth in round three. The Robins signed Arsenal teenager Jessie Gale on loan this month and are third in WSL2.

The Gunners beat Aston Villa 2-0 in the fourth round, with second half goals from Stina Blackstenius and Kim Little. The Gunners lost 1-0 to Liverpool in round five last season.
