Brentford vs Arsenal:  Predicted Starting XI and Score Forecast

Here's Nick Manfredi's predicted starting XI for Brentford vs Arsenal as Kai Havertz injury decision made while Martinelli returns

In terms of team selection, we can expect a strong side for Arsenal's trip across the capital to west London to take on Brentford, given Sunday’s FA Cup tie at home to Wigan will provide much opportunity for rotation.

Leo Trossard seemed to pick up a knock in the closing stages of the 3-0 win over Sunderland, but it looked relatively minor.

Even so, I don’t think he will be risked tonight. Gabi Martinelli is a more than an able backup.

Mikel Arteta revealed that both Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard will have late tests on their fitness so perhaps they will be on the bench. And I think Viktor Gyokeres will start given the excellent form he’s been in.

With the news that Kai Havertz has picked up an injury that will force him out of tonight's London derby, this would be my predicted Gunners lineup (4-3-3).

David Raya;

Jurrien Timber,

William Saliba,

Gabriel,

Piero Hincapie;

Martin Zubimendi;

Declan Rice,

Christian Norgaard;

Noni Madueke,

Viktor Gyokeres,

Gabi Martinelli
