Dial Square sell 1.3million shares
The club by Arsenal supporters for Arsenal supporters continue to go from strength to strength
DIAL SQUARE have started their 2025-26 league campaign with a bang as they continue to set the non-League scene alight.
The Chertsey-based club, now in their fifth full operating season, received applications for 420,000 shares over the summer to take the total number of shares issued in an incredible 1.3 million.
Such is the club’s reach, Dial have attracted a following spanning the southern hemisphere and North America, as well as having a footprint across several European countries.
With just one defeat in their last eight fixtures, Dial are again well-placed to challenge for silverware this season, with the ultimate goal of gaining promotion from the Surrey Premier County Football League to the step 6 of the National League System (non-League pyramid below the English Football League).
The FA were reportedly considering increasing the number of leagues from 17 to 24 at step 6 at the end of the current season; however, this now looks to be delayed until 2027. This means that there is still only one promotion place from the Surrey Premier County Football League, subject to those applying achieving a top-five finish and meeting the necessary ground grading criteria.
On-the-field, Dial’s goalscoring prowess has continued. Although Steve Brown’s side are now on the hunt for a new striker after leading marksman Harry Rice joined Southern League Premier South club Hanwell Town last month. Rice’s eye for goal saw him register an incredible 85 goals in 70 league and cup appearances for The Dial in just over two seasons.
Meanwhile, Dial’s resplendence has also been captured through the release of a new custom-designed Errea, Charles Stanley (wealth managers) sponsored home and away kit, which has certainly struck a chord with fans and football enthusiasts alike. Furthermore, The Gooner logo has taken pride of place on the left sleeve of the new shirts.
With a season and a half remaining of their three-year groundshare agreement at Chertsey Town, Dial have confirmed that they will again be applying for promotion in December.
