Exciting Arsenal prospect Chido Martin Obi scored to help Denmark reach the semi-finals of the Euro U17 tournament - and could face Gunners Premier League starlet Ethan Nwaneri in the last four.

The talented 16-year-old played a key role as the young Danes reached the semi-finals of the U17 Euros after beating Czechia on penalties.

Ondrej Penxa had put Czechia in front before Martin Obi hit the post with a header, prior to having an excellent effort saved by Czechia keeper Marek Obdrzalek.

However, Czechia couldn't subdue the red hot Martin Obi for the whole 90 minutes as Arsenal's young gun levelled for Denmark with eight minutes remaining to make the score 1-1 and force penalties.

Cool head Martin Obi also successfully slotted home his spot-kick to help send the Danes through to the last four - where they will now face Italy or Nwaneri’s England in the semi-finals, with the match taking place this afternoon (Thurday, May, 30).
