League Cup quarter-final draw: Find out who Arsenal will face 

Goals from Ethan Nwaneri and Bukayo Saka sent Arsenal into the fifth round of the League Cup - find out who the Gunners will play 

Mikel Arteta's young Arsenal side eased into the fifth round of the Carabao Cup after beating Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 at the Emirates in front of 59,292 on Wednesday evening.

Arteta made ten changes from the side that beat Crystal Palace to move four points clear at the top of the Premier League table on Sunday. 

While it was clear from his inexperienced starting XI that the League Cup is fourth out of four on his trophy wishlist this season, the young guns - including Max Dowman on his frist full start, and Andre Harriman-Annous on his first appearance - helped the North Londoners to progress to the last eight of the tournament that Arsenal have only won twice in their history.

The draw for the Carabao Cup quarter-finals took place around 1030pm, and pitted Arteta's side with Crystal Palace - a repeat of last season's tie at the same stage.

The match will take place in the week beginning December 15, 2025, details to be announced in due course by the club.
