Great to see her back in the starting lineup, great save in the first half when West Ham almost headed in a corner kick. Overall, a quiet evening, but a good clean sheet.

Pace and composure ever present, taken off at half time for some rest before a season full of minutes. 

Lotte Wubben-Moy 7/10

Looked more confident today after a below-average performance on Saturday. Good to get some more minutes in with Williamson missing. 

Steph Catley 7.5/10

Heading into her second season as centre-back, Catley looks like she’s been playing the position for years. 

Kim Little 7/10

Great to see the skipper starting again, a solid performance in the middle. Replaced at half time. 

Katie McCabe 7.5/10

Great intensity throughout, needed against West Ham’s physical style of play. 

Chloe Kelly 6.5/10

Good pace on the wing, but not as many of her usual crosses into the box. Subbed off at half time.

Caitlin Foord 6.5/10

Had a couple of good moments, her footwork is always useful, replaced at half time. 

Victoria Pelova 7.5/10

Great to see her taking her chances and seemingly enjoying playing in the 10. Seems to be playing at pre-injury level which is brilliant. 

Alessia Russo 6/10

Reasonably quiet performance today, unable to get on the end of the infrequent balls into the box. Subbed off at half time. 

Kyra Cooney-Cross 7/10

Good control in the midfield, able to hold onto the ball in tight spaces. 

Laia Codina (Sub, half time) 6.5/10

Good to get some minutes under her belt after a spell on the sidelines injured, especially ahead of the season starting without Williamson. 

Katie Reid (Sub, half time) 7/10

Her height and physicality were useful against West Ham’s style of play. 

Frida Maanum (Sub, half time) 8/10

Powerful header to break the deadlock and make it 1-0. Positive impact as soon as she came on. Scored a second to double Arsenal’s lead. 

Olivia Smith (Sub, half time) 6/10

Still getting used to playing in an Arsenal shirt, her potential is clear. 

Taylor Hinds (Sub, half time) 6/10

Looks physical and pacy, better performance this evening than on Saturday. 

Beth Mead (Sub, half time) 6/10

No major moments, good or bad, but is a trustworthy substitution as always.

Jenna Nighswonger (Sub, half time) 7/10

Brilliant cross to assist the first goal, promising play ahead of the season. 

Sophie Harwood (Sub, 65’) 6/10

Great to see a young Gunner get some minutes at this level 

Viv Lia (Sub, 81’) 6.5/10

Like Harwood, always nice to see preseason minutes for the academy players getting their moment. Had a great run on the ball down the right wing.
