Player Ratings: Bodo/Glimt 0-1 Arsenal - Gunners win in Arctic Circle

Arsenal beat Bodo/Glimt 1-0 in the Arctic Circle on Thursday evening to continue to top Europa League Group A.

Bukayo Saka's 24th minute goal was enough to beat the Yellow Horde at their passionate Aspmyra Stadion.

Read on for which players impressed in our Gooner Fanzine ratings

GK: Matt Turner - 7/10 - Arteta boss Mikel Arteta hailed the former New England Revolution keeper's performance as 'phenomenal'. The 28-year-old wasn't that good and still needs to work on his distribution but he will certainly benefit from another competitive first team match under his belt.

RB: Ben White - 7/10 - How is Ben not first choice on the right side for Gareth Southgate? Still, four weeks off before Christmas will do him the world of good and keep him fresh for the second half of the season

CB: William Saliba - 7/10 - Dominated without ever being dominated. Growing all the time in stature and games like this are invaluable to his ongoing development

CB: Rob Holding - 7/10 - Rob and his excellent thatch of hair combined to help his side to a hard-fought victory and a clean sheet

LB: Kieran Tierney - 7/10 - The official UEFA teamsheet incorrectly had Arsenal's formation as 3-4-1-2. Tierney played like an auxilary wing-back at times, featuring far more on the wing and in midfield than at left-back

DM: Albert Sambi Lokonga - 6/10 - The 22-year-old was targeted when in posession but his refused to be browbeaten at such attetion. Assist for Saka

RM: Bukayo Saka - 8/10 - Scored the only goal of the game. The fact it that came off his chest indicates the type of atritional evening it was

CM: Martin Odegaard - 7/10 - Feted on his return to his native Norway but the home side were determined not to let him shine

CM: Fabio Vieira - 7/10 - The Arctic Circle in front of a passionate crowd in a tight and compact stadium is probably not the first place you'd think to play a creative playmaker

LM: Reiss Nelson - 2/10 - Anonymous. Then got worse

ST: Eddie Nketiah - 7/10 - Put in a shift for the cause on a cold night in the Arctic Circle

SUB: Granit Xhaka (59' for Saka) - 7/10

SUB: Gabriel Martinelli (59' for Nelson) - 7/10

SUB: Takehiro Tomiyasu (70' for White) - 6.5/10

SUB: Marquinhos (70' for Odegaard) - 6.5/10

SUB: Thomas Partey (84' for Lokonga) - 6/10
