A battling Arsenal side deservedly earned a point at the home of the treble-winners on Easter Sunday at the Etihad.

Find out who impressed with our Player Ratings

GK: David Raya - 7/10 - Arsenal's No1 had a relatively quiet game between the sticks. Booked. but who cares as the Gunners defended in numers to stop City scoring at home for the first tie in two years

RB: Ben White - 8/10 - England's loss is very much Arsenal's gain. Another outstanding performance from first till last. Battles gamely and relishes the challenge

CB: William Saliba - 9/10 - Displayed power, pace, positional awareness and character. The best centre-back in the Premier League. If only he was fit for the same fixture last season instead of giving way to Rob Holding.

CB: Gabriel Magalhaes - 8/10 - Solid and reliable. Never ceded an inch to the City forward line while countering the home side's aerial threat

LB: Jakub Kiwior - 7/10 - Has matured over the last 12 months but was understandably challenged by the best club team in the world

CM: Martin Odegaard - 7.5/10 - Such vision and technqiue to play in tight spaces

CM: Declan Rice - 7.5/10 - Rodri is the gold standard for midfielders but Rice ran him close

CM: Jorginho - 7/10 - Worked so hard but not as influential as he would have liked

RW: Bukayo Saka - 7/10 - Another who gave his all defensively and offensively but couldn't get behind the City backline

ST: Kai Havertz - 6/10 - Ploughed a lone furrow up front. Did his best at holding up the ball but City press so well and deny space and time

LW: Gabriel Jesus - 6/10 - Can someone explain why a section of City fans booed their former player?

SUB: Takehiro Tomiyasu (65' for Kiwior) - 7/10
