Teyah Goldie to leave Arsenal Women following Championship-winning loan

The 20-year-old was part of London City Lionesses' promotion to the WSL

Arsenal have confirmed the departure of 20-year-old defender Teyah Goldie, upon the expiration of her contract.

The centre-back spent the 2024/25 season on loan at London City Lionesses, helping the Women's Championship side win the division to earn promotion to the Women's Super League.

Goldie came through Arsenal's academy, first joining the club at the age of six, making a total of six senior appearances.

Her time at the club, and dual registration spells with Watford, was also hampered by two anterior cruciate ligament injuries.

Arsenal stated: "Everyone at Arsenal Football Club thanks Teyah for her efforts during her time with us and we wish her well for her next chapter."
